“TAKE YOUR TIME” – allow yourself to rest & find inner peace (+healing)

The art of doing nothing, and yet be perfectly happy.

Our shedules tend to be full between work & sleep because, ‘we wanna get something from the lil’ freetime we have’. But in order to gain new energy, new inspirations & motivation, we have to left everything behind, just lay down and RELAX.

means “YOU HAVE TIME”

Some people stresses themselves to do as much as possible in a short of time (including me). Many wants to have a carrer already in the beginning of their twenties – because we were told “If you have a goal – If you keep going – you can get EVERYTHING”. And that is true – but nobody tells you in our fast & modern lives, that it is okay, to ‘Take your Time’  and do it in YOUR tempo. God’s timing is perfect – trust him.

There are already a few companies (in Europe) that have introduced a 4-day-work-week in order to give their employees a better work-life balance. They have realized that “a relaxed mind can be more productive”.
Hopefully it will only be a matter of time before several companies join this principle!


MEDITATION

“turn off your head & JUST BE”

Even when we’re sleeping, our mind works, processing the information and thoughts of the day. And even with the other forms of relaxation you still have thoughts floating around.
It’s like when you never completely shut down your PC, but in between always only run on standby mode. The background processes continue to run, which can affect the aging process. If you want to know more about the benefits and possibilities of meditation, click here!

YOGA

Fit into old age!

Yoga makes our body more flexible and ensures a good flow of energy in the body. In addition, many people become aware of their own breathing and chakras! It is very important for our cells and the whole organism to absorb enough oxygen – you can even get stomache problems because of the wrong breathing! (my mom did)
The conscious inhale and exhale can do anyone apart from the sport, in quiet moments, in nature or before falling asleep.

When our body gets a perfect balance between exercise and relaxation, it rejuvenates our body and furthers our well-being. For example, there are many over 90 year olds in India who still practice yoga daily and are pretty healthy! Because YOU ARE ONLY AS OLD AS YOU FEEL! 🙂

Massages are a big part of our physical and general health. They relieve tenseness and ensure a steady flow of energy in our meridians. And it’s just a great feeling 🙂
The fasciae (tissue under the skin, which holds organs and everything together) are quickly bonded under stress and tenseness and can be loosened by massages. So grab your best friend or partner and do it 😉

is just awesome!

Music connects people and brings harmony, inspiration, relaxation, stimulation, motivation and much more! In the end, there are only sounds – but these sound waves can even heal.

Have you ever wondered why music just feels so good?

Our solar system, the water, and even our body & its billions of cells (quanten) all vibrates on 432 Hertz – the same frequency that is found in natural sounds, be it musical instruments, singing or animal sounds. Also the music of Whitney Houston, Adele, Beethoven & co swing on this frequency.

Therefore, our cells harmonize with all these sounds extremely positively, as our DNA resonates with the Phi spiral of nature, which we find in almost all forms of life.
Therefore, not only our favourit songs in the radio feels good for us, but also nature sounds, birds singing, drum noise or the guitar at the campfire.

In our modern and hectic world, it is even more important to rest more often, away from the traffic and disturbing noises that disharmonize our cells. So let’s come in harmony with nature and its sounds again!
