The BEST GUACAMOLE you will ever eat (rawvegan)


FOR 1 PERSON

  • 1 ripe hass avocado (organic)
  • 1 small garlic clove
  • 1 tsp fresh lemonjuice
  • 3 pinches of Himalayasalt
  • a little bit pepper; chili as desired
  • love & gratitude ❤

INSTRUCTION

  • dice the avocado
  • make a fine garlic paste by cutting & dicing it very thin, sprinkle a little bit salt over it and then mash it with your knife (picture down below)
  • make it tasty with the lemon juice, salt, pepper & chili if you like

We always eat it on fresh (toasted) speltbread with native coconut oil, but you can also add it to your wrap, tortilla, potatoes, spaghetti & co 🙂

you can make the garlic paste even more finer but this is okay too. The paste is great because the garlic aroma & juice gets spread even better in the food you add it to.
