Noodle/Potato Soup

simple & fast

A light dish and you’re still pleasantly full 🙂


a good choice for the evening or when you feel sick or cold 🙂

(please try to buy ORGANIC <3)

  • 1 tbs native coconut oil (antibacterial effect)
  • 2 carrots
  • 1 onion
  • 1-2 sticks of green celery (+herb)
  • 1 clove of fresh garlic
  • 1/2 tsp himalayasalt
  • a little bit pepper, 2 juniper berries, 1 bay leaf
  • if desired: a little bit ginger, finely chopped
  • ~80 g spelt spaghetti, broken or ~150 g organic potatoes


  1. cut the veggies small (~1 cm)
  2. fry them gently in the pan
    (this gives a better taste, but you can skip this step if you want)
  3. fill up with (spring) water
  4. add salt, pepper, juniper berries and bay leaf
    (and the noodles if you wanna eat it immediately;
    otherwise I add them by warming it up the next day)
  5. cook until its done (ca. 5-10 min)

Tipp: I turn it off earlier and let it covered in the pot; 1 day after it’s even more tasty 🙂
