  • Coconut blossom sugar
  • Raw full cane sugar

FLUFFY DOUGH (“EGG”)

  • Soda (baking) powder
  • Banana puree
    NOTE: You can’t expect fluffy biscuits and baking properties – which are known from wheat – in the same amount from the original flour types! These are compact and dense in their structure, only the (bright) spelt (and tigernut) flour are quite close to the taste of wheat (neutral), and is most suitable for yeast dough / fluffy recipes.

SOFT, FUDGY DOUGH

  • Avocado
  • (germinated) Nut Paste
  • coldpressed coconut / sunflower oil

WHIPPED CREAM

  • Coconutmilk (+sweetener)

WHY HEMP?!

Hemp seeds (the male without THC) have all the 8 essential amino acids (proteins) in the right order, which are important for our muscles and our power. In addition, hemp contains the so-called linolenic acid, an essential fatty acid that rarely occurs in such high doses – and which are important for various brain functions and cells! In addition, the omega-3-to-6 ratio is perfect for our body and also important for all brain functions.

Hemp plants strike long roots, thus consolidate our soil, emit a lot of CO2, can be harvested faster than trees & crops & YOU CAN USE EVERYTHING FROM THE PLANT & MAKE ALMOST EVERYTHING OUT OF IT! From flour, oil, tea – to paper, ropes, yarn, clothes, shoes, backpacks, insulating material, and much more! The ancient garments (even from Jesus) were all made out of hemp yarn.

In the evening you SHOULD NOT burden your body with a luscious, greasy and sugar-rich diet, so that OUR CELLS CAN REGENERATE AND RECOVER OVERNIGHT. It promotes the regeneration process of muscles and all organs. This has a cell rejuvenating effect on our whole body.

INTERMITTET FASTING

16-hour overnight fasting works wonders (optimal cell regeneration)

The last meal should be from 2-5 hours before going to sleep. If you’re hungry, just eat light (vegetables), drink a lot (tea, water). Don’t eat too many fats, refined sugar and animal protein, because this either takes too long to digest or is stealing your minerals out of your bones, tendons & co.

To loose weight, watch carbohydrate-reduced food in the evening (not the whole day!!), don’t avoid it completely. ASIA NOODLES (vegan, glutenfree & taste explosion)

Umami means that all flavors are united: sweet, sour, salty, bitter, spicy & greasy

FOR 2 LARGE PORTIONS

  • 250g noodles (uncooked) of your choice
    (rice noodles, glass noodles, lenses-rice or spelt spaghetti)
  • 1 tsp native coconut oil
  • 1/2-1 organic broccoli
  • 1-2 organic carrot
  • 1-2 onion
  • Spices: Curry, Cumin, Cayenne, …

WHO LIKES

  • about 100g coconut milk for a sauce
  • fresh coriander, otherwise chervil or parsley
  • 2 bananas in slices
  • soaked cranberries, goji berries, or similar
  • 1 small chili pepper
  • 1-2 cloves of fresh garlic

FOR TOPPING / FINISHING

  • 5 cm ginger (raw, finely diced)
  • organic soy sauce
  • roasted sesame

IF YOU LIKE

  • peanut puree (organic)
  • date syrup (organic)
  • roasted sesame oil
  • Spicy peanuts / cashews (homemade)
  • fresh sprouted bamboo / soy / fenugreek sprouts

INSTRUCTION

  1. Bring water to boil, add pasta and cook
    (I don’t use salt water, the soy sauce is salty enough)
  2. meanwhile chop the vegetables
  3. saute the biggest stuff first (in the coconut oil): broccoli, carrot strips, onion,..
    (I always leave the ginger raw, because of the enzymes and healing power)
  4. Put the noodles in the pan and deglaze everything with soy sauce
  5. add some water or alternatively (for the creamy taste) a little coconut milk
  6. as desired: add spices like curry, cinnamon & co as well as banana slices
  7. stir once and garnish with fresh sprouts, sesame seeds, date syrup & peanut paste (creme) if you like 🙂

Easy & fast WILD GARLIC PESTO (Basic):

  • pick all the wild garlic you get (or from the farmers market)
  • cut it fine, don’t mix it (the taste is better with fine pieces)
  • fill up with cold-pressed Flaxseed- & Hemp Oil (1:1)
  • season it with Himalayasalt (1 full 250g Glass ~1 tsp salt)
